Model Releases - If you plan to use your images for advertising or portfolio purposes, a model release form is an essential way to protect your photography business. A model release protects you from legal action and eliminates the unknowns around usage of client photos. It is generally signed by the subject of a photograph and covers the following perpetual and irrevocable specifics:
- Standard release form - a standard model release document used for standard photographer usage of photographs and client’s publicity rights
- Limited release by client’s choice of specific photographs
- Limited release to exclude photographs containing specific content from being published (such as pre-wedding photos, alcohol, different phases during day, getting dressed and more)
Print Release - The print release form is readily customizable to be included with digital file orders to outline the do's and dont's that the client can do with your art. This gives the client the permission to print only – does not give permissions for commercial or other uses. This does reemphasize the copyright laws.
Product Delivery Acknowledgement - Use this product delivery acknowledgement when you deliver your final products that binds the client to accepting their products as is, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
Engagement Portrait Contract - This portrait agreement covers all of the pertinent areas any photography business owner should have to cover themselves legally for a portrait photography session.
Second Shooter Contract - The Second Shooter Contract(s) establishes clear rules and expectations between the primary and secondary photographer. It gives you peace of mind by eliminating the unknowns. Includes: Second Shooter Contract for Independent Contractor and Second Shooter Contract for Employee.
Rescheduling Addendum - The Rescheduling Addendum provides you with a lawyer-drafted addendum to reschedule your already contracted wedding without starting over from scratch.
Third-Party Payor Addendum - Utilize our third-party payor addendum when you encounter a third-party (father of the bride, grandma, etc.) that wishes to pay for your client's services. Addendum should be used in addition to a services contract.
Album Design Contract - Outlines the procedures, ordering dates, design approvals, design modifications and applicable fees and/or costs that may be associated with changes beyond what is included in the collection/album sold.
Payment Plan Contract Bundle - Use payment plans as an “ace in the sleeve” way to make larger sales with your clients. By having a payment plan contract, authorization to charge, and guidance – you’ll be set to start taking larger amounts of money while servicing your clients
Wedding Vendor Photography License - This commercial license allows photographer to share images with wedding & event vendors while protecting their intellectual property (images).
