Newborn Contract: This newborn agreement covers all of the pertinent areas any photography business owner should have to cover themselves legally for a newborn photography session.

Model Releases-  This download includes three model releases:
-Standard release form - a standard model release document used for standard photographer usage of photographs and client’s publicity rights
-Limited release by client’s choice of specific photographs
-Limited release to exclude photographs containing specific contents from being published (pre-session, breastfeeding, etc.)
 
All three model releases include language for usage of photographs including minors, if applicable.

Print Release: readily customizable and can be included with digital file orders to outline permissions and restrictions. This template gives your client permission to print and share images for personal use. It does not permit them to use images for commercial use or other reasons. This reemphasizes copyright laws.

Product Delivery Acknowledgement -  Use this product delivery acknowledgement when you deliver your final products that binds the client to accepting their products as is, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.

Belly & Beyond Photography Contract - This contract is to cover packages that include maternity and subsequent sessions (such as newborn, 3 month, 6 month, and first year sessions.)

Privacy of Photographs Agreement - If you have a client who does not want their photographs shared in any way – we have this document to increase their confidence and protect their publicity rights.  Think of this like a non-disclosure or NDA for their photographs.

Payment Plan Contract Bundle - Use payment plans as an “ace in the sleeve” way to make larger sales with your clients.  By having a payment plan contract, authorization to charge, and guidance – you’ll be set to start taking larger amounts of money while servicing your clients

Permission to Sell - This agreement allows the Client to provide the Photographer permission to sell photographs from their photography event to private third-parties.  It also acts to define uses, restrictions on purchasers and specific images that are sold to third-parties. 

Final Sale Contract - The Final Sale Contract is for use at the sales session to protect the sale. This can be used to prevent any issues with clients amending or attempting to cancel order after it has been placed.
